Arc'teryx Recruitment Videos
Jon Chiang is a Chinese-Peruvian Commercial Director
One quick story:
My first internship out of university was working with lululemon’s HR department creating internal videos. It was an absolute blast learning the in’s and out’s of culture, recruitment and taking care of the most important people in the company. Thanks for asking me to be part of this exciting opportunity to storytell with Arc'teryx.
Below are a few related samples for the project.

BIO:
Jon has always been drawn to universal stories woven from underrepresented people. Raised by Chinese parents born in Lima, Peru, he grew up in his family’s grocery store in East Vancouver. Walking the blurred lines of his Chinese and Latino heritage, he developed a sensitivity that he uses to reveal the truths about our shared experiences. When he’s working, you can find him on the bike, folding empanadas or chasing his toddler around.
His work has been recognized by the 1.4 Awards, Berlin Commercial Awards, shots.net, Musicbed and the Applied Arts Photography & Illustration Awards - Motion . His films have been featured by NOWNESS, Film Shortage, BOOOOOOOM and screened at the VIMFF World Tour, Vancouver Asian Film Festival and Asian American Film Festival among others.
